The main purpose of life
The purpose of life and meaning of life is equivalent. Many people look for meaning as if it was below a rock or behind a tree. And I think: You have more power than that. You have the power to create the meaning in your life. Rather than passively look for it. So for me – I create the meaning. Have I lessen the suffering of others? Have I enhanced the life of others?
I can do something. And when I can do it better it is better for the society I would be irresponsible if I did not.
Be afraid to die until you have squirt some victory for humanity. At the end of the day what matter is who you become.
Parenting
You don’t have kids in purpose to have a clean house. I let them to spill the cup with water. Kids are chaos. But the spilling the cup of water is an experiment. What people can do is not to instill more curiosity in kids but rather to prevent yourself from squashing it. Adult scientist is a kid who has never lost its curiosity.
Life is not about your school. Life is about your drive, curiosity, passion. That is sadly not thought in school. When kids are going out of school the should not be singing and be happy about it. It should be a sad song. You should be sad that school is over, not happy.
