The Habit of You

You have done something so many time that you body now knows how to do it better than your mind. How you think and how you feel creates your state of being.
If you are doing something over and over it becomes a habit, your daily routine and you now have lost control over it. You are is memorized set of behaviors, emotional reactions, unconscious habits, hardwired attitudes beliefs and perceptions. You are now functioning like a computer program. Your habits – the things you do daily become your identity. You start believing it is true.

Meditation is one of the keys – it is a tool. If you keep remembering the event it will strengthens it an it will become a part of your programming – who you are. So how to change my life? The change is simple: Just decide that you will be doing something different. But be prepare because it will feel uncomfortable.
Why change is that hard is because it is unknown territory. You cannot predict in that place. The best way to create a future is to create it. If you are truly present, your brain does not know the difference from what you are picturing and what you are truly experiencing.
Newtonian world – waiting for something to change out there. It is about predictability. To predict the future.
Quantum model of reality – causing the effect. The moment you start feeling abundant and worthy you are generating wealth. The moment you start feeling whole you healing begins. You love yourself and you love all the life.
